How do I cancel my Goodtel service?

To cancel your active Goodtel service, follow the below. To cancel an inactive Goodtel service, please contact us.


Cancelling an active Mobile service

I want to keep my numberI am happy to lose my number permanently

If you'd like to keep your number, the best thing to do is to transfer it to your new provider. 


Once that's done, this will automatically cancel your Goodtel service. You do not need to notify us that you plan to transfer your number away.


  1. Log into the Self Care Portal
  2. Hover over Mobile and click Active Mobile Services
  3. Click View next to the service you'd like to cancel
  4. Click Disconnect and follow the prompts.


Please note that this disconnection is immediate and irreversible.
