I'm moving house - what do I need to do?

Whether you’re an existing customer relocating your service or a new customer looking to make the Good switch, we’re here to help! Importantly, leave the nbnᵀᴹ box at your current home. The equipment is registered to the specific address, and won't work at any other address. 

I'm an existing Goodtel customer

and I want to bring my Goodtel nbnᵀᴹ  to my new place 

Here are the steps:

  1. 1. Check that there's an nbnᵀᴹ connection available at your new address. You can check that about halfway down on this page
  2. If there is, you can submit a relocation request ticket here and our team can action it for you

I'm not yet Goodtel customer

but I want to set up Goodtel nbnᵀᴹ at my new place

When you sign up for Goodtel nbnᵀᴹ, we'll ask you what date you'd like your service activated - this way, you can time it with your move in date ?
