Can I have multiple Roaming packs at the same time?

Unfortunately, the packs aren't stackable. If you purchase a new pack, the newly activated pack will replace your existing pack, forfeiting any unused data, SMS and voice call minutes.

What happens if I run out of Roaming inclusions?

We won't charge you any fees if you run out of inclusions.

The part of the pack which has run out (data, calls or SMS) will simply stop working.

How to I track my Roaming inclusions?

You'll receive alerts via text when you have used 50%, 85% and 100% of your travel pack inclusions.
