How to activate your mobile broadband SIM

When your SIM arrives in the post, follow these steps to activate it:


  1. Log in to the Customer Care Portal (within a couple of days of signing up, you should've been sent your account number and instructions on setting up your log in) - if not, contact us
  2. Hover over Mobile, click SIM activations
  3. Click Activate next to the SIM you're wanting to activate and follow the prompts.


How long will the activation take?


Usually under five minutes, but it could take up to an hour.
