We accept payment via heaps of methods:
- Direct debit from a credit/debit card or bank account
- BPAY
- Over the phone
- Bank transfer
- Manual credit/debit card payment
PS 1% surcharge on VISA/Mastercard, 2% on AMEX. No surcharges on bank account payments.
PSS though we accept all of the above payment methods for your convenience, direct debit is our preference, as it helps us minimise our admin costs (therefore maximise how much we can donate to charities!).

BPAY | Paying via BPAY can be done via your online banking portal, it can't be done from within the Goodtel Self Care Portal. At the bottom of the first page of your bill, look for the BPAY logo, and next to it, note your Biller code (446542 )and Reference number (this has changed, please refer to your invoice). You'll need to provide this information within your banking portal to pay your bill. |
Over the phone | Call us on 1300 850 463 to pay via credit/debit card. |
Bank transfer | Account name Goodtel Communications BSB 313 140 Account number 12204339 Please put your Goodtel account number as the reference for the transaction. |
